How to set rules for Spam Delivery

Prerequisites

Last Updated for InterWorx-CP version 3.0.1

An existing SiteWorx account.

Purpose

The user can set two delivery options for e-mail messages that are tagged as Spam. When an e-mail message is tagged as Spam, the message is assigned a “spam score”. This score is related to how “sure” the software is that the message is actually spam. The higher the spam score, the more certain the software is that the message is indeed Spam.

The first option is to deliver the tagged spam message to a “Spam” IMAP folder, if the user has one created for their e-mail box. If the user does not have a Spam IMAP folder, the spam message will be delivered to the user’s Inbox. No Spam is ever deleted before it reaches the user.

The second option is to specify a maximum spam score that will still allow messages to be delivered. E-mail messages assigned a spam score higher than this limit will be deleted upon arrival, and the user will never see them.
