How to Block E-mail Address by Sender

An existing SiteWorx account.

The user may want to block a specific e-mail address from sending mail to their domain.

1. Click on the Site Services menu if it is not already expanded.
2. Click on the ♦    E-Mail submenu if it is not already expanded.
3. Click on the      ◊    Mail Filters item.
4. You should now be looking at the E-mail Management : Mail Filters controls in the main content area.
5. Enter the desired e-mail address or partial e-mail address you want to block in the box labeled “Block e-mail with sender containing:”.
6. Click the Add button.
7. You will see your blocked sender listed under the Blocked Senders section.
