How to Toggle Vacation Message On or Off

An existing SiteWorx account. An existing E-mail box.

The purpose of this is to detail how to turn the Vacation Message on or off for an E-mail Box using SiteWorx.

1. Click on the Site Services menu if it is not already expanded.
2. Click on the ♦    E-Mail submenu if it is not already expanded.
3. Click on the      ◊    Mailboxes item.
4. You should now be looking at the E-mail Management controls in the main content area.
5. Click the Edit button next to the E-mail account you wish to add/edit the vacation message for.
6. If the Vacation Message is currently off, click the On radio button next to On Vacation.
7. Type a message in the Vacation Message box. This message will be sent automatically to anyone sending an email to this account.
8. If the Vacation Message is currently on, click the Off radio button next to On Vacation.
9. Click the Save button.
10. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: » Mailbox edited successfully.
