How to add an E-mail Box

Prerequisites

Last Updated for InterWorx-CP version 2.1.1

An existing SiteWorx account.

Purpose

The purpose of this is to detail how to add an E-mail Box using SiteWorx.

Procedure - Add an E-mail Box

  1. Click on the Site Services menu if it is not already expanded.
  2. Click on the ♦    E-Mail submenu if it is not already expanded.
  3. Click on the      ◊    Mailboxes item.
  4. You should now be looking at the E-mail Management controls in the main content area.
  5. Enter the desired e-mail address in the E-mail address text box.
  6. Enter your desired password in the Password text box.
  7. Enter the same password again in the Confirm Password text box.
  8. If you’d like to set a quota for this email account, enter the amount in MB in the Email Quota field.
  9. If you’d like to send a copy of all email sent to this address to another account as well, enter it in the Send Copy To field.
  10. Click the Add button.
  11. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: » Mailbox added successfully..
