How to Download a Backup

An existing SiteWorx account. An existing Backup.

The purpose of this is to detail how to download a Backup using SiteWorx.

1. Click on the Backup/Restore menu if it is not already expanded.
2. Click on the ♦    Backup item.
3. You should now be looking at the Backup controls in the main content area.
4. Click on the file name link, domainname_backuptype_date.tar.gz, of the backup you’d like to download.
5. You should get a popup window asking you to save the file.
6. Choose the location on your local machine to save the download.
7. Click OK.
