How to Delete a Queued E-mail Message

Messages must exist in the queue you wish to delete from.

The following procedures will explain how to delete message(s) from the mail queue. Deleting a message immediately removes the message from the queue and no further attempts to deliver the message will occur.

1. Click on the System Services menu if it is not already expanded.
2. Click on the ♦    Mail Server submenu if it is not already expanded.
3. Click on the      ◊    Mail Queue item.
4. You should now be looking at the Mail Server Management :: Mail Queue controls in the main content area.
5. Locate the Queue section.
6. Mark the checkbox(es) next to the message(s) you wish to delete from the queue.
7. Select Delete from the drop-down list at the bottom of the Queue table.
8. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: » Messages removed successfully.
