How To Add or Delete a Secondary SMTP Outbound Routes

Purpose
The following procedures explain how to add or a delete secondary SMTP oubtound routes.
Procedure - Add a Secondary SMTP Outbound Route
- Click on the menu if it is not already expanded.
- Click on the submenu if it is not already expanded.
- Click on the ◊ MTA Settings item.
- You should now be looking at the Mail Server Management :: MTA controls in the main content area.
- Locate the MTA SMTP Options (outbound) section.
- In the SMTP Routes field, enter the domain(s) you wish to relay for.
- Click the button in the MTA SMTP Options (outbound) section.
- You will see the following set of messages at the top of the screen:» MTA server config settings updated successfully
» Service successfully restarted
Procedure - Delete a Secondary SMTP Outbound Route
- Click on the menu if it is not already expanded.
- Click on the submenu if it is not already expanded.
- Click on the ◊ MTA Settings item.
- You should now be looking at the Mail Server Management :: MTA controls in the main content area.
- Locate the MTA SMTP Options (outbound) section.
- In the SMTP Routes field, delete the domain(s) you wish remove the SMTP route for.
- Click the button in the MTA SMTP Options (outbound) section.
- You will see the following set of messages at the top of the screen:» MTA server config settings updated successfully
» Service successfully restarted
