There must be an IP address on the server that is not yet active in InterWorx-CP.

This procedures will detail how to make an IP Address available to the InterWorx-CP system.

1. Click on the Server menu if it is not already expanded.
2. Click on the ♦    IP Management item.
3. You should now be looking at the IP Management controls in the main content area.
4. Locate the IP Address List section
5. Find the IP Address you wish to modify.
6. Select Yes from the drop-down list in the Active in IWorx-CP column.
7. Select Commit Changes from the drop-down list at the bottom of the IP Address table.
8. The background color of the drop-down list in the in the Active in IWorx-CP column should change from RED to GREEN for the IP address(es) changed.
9. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: » IP added successfully : ipaddress
