How to Change a SiteWorx Account IP Address

An existing SiteWorx account.

The purpose of this is to detail how to change the IP address of a SiteWorx account using NodeWorx.

1. Click on the SiteWorx menu if it is not already expanded.
2. Click on the ♦    Accounts item.
3. You should now be looking at the SiteWorx Account Management controls in the main content area.
4. Click the [ Edit ] link next to the SiteWorx account you wish to edit.
5. Locate the Base Information section.
6. If it is not already checked, click on the checkbox labeled Enable IP Changes:.
7. A javascript dialog will be displayed confirming you wish to change the IP address for this SiteWorx account. Click the Yes button.
8. The drop-down list of IP addresses will now be enabled.
9. Select the IP Address you wish to have the SiteWorx account resolve to.
10. Click the Save button.
11. You will see the following message at the top of the screen: » SiteWorx account edited successfully.
