Purchasing an InterWorx-CP License
There are a few ways of getting an InterWorx-CP system up and running. You can buy an InterWorx-CP license key directly from InterWorx via this website or you can choose to buy a license from an Authorized Reseller Partner. There is no difference in the product that you receive but there are differences in the delivery and support of your InterWorx-CP license, and they are as follows:
- Licenses bought directly through the InterWorx website are supported via the InterWorx-CP team normal support channels, whereas licenses bought through a reseller are normally supported through the reseller.
- InterWorx-CP licenses bought through InterWorx are also delivered as a license key only with no installation. Installation of your InterWorx software can be done by you or installed by an InterWorx staff member for a nominal fee of $50.
- InterWorx-CP licenses purchased through a Reseller-Partner are always bundled with a server, and possibly other services depending on the Partner. These will almost always be installed for you.

InterWorx-CP One-Time Licenses
An InterWorx-CP One-Time license gives you a single, fixed-cost way to obtain InterWorx-CP. A one-time license is good for those clients who are familiar with InterWorx-CP, as support for an one-time license expires 6 months after purchase. Other one-time license features include:
- Minor version updates and upgrades
- 6 months of technical support (e-mail, forums and helpdesk) and updates.
- Optional: additional support/upgrade blocks can be bought in six month increments for $50
- No required recurring fees
